Charlie Cooney is a student and member of phi delta theta at the University of Arkansas. For midterms he thought it’d be funny to make a shirtless video hyping everyone up because most people seemed to be tired and sad. So he made a inspirational video and sent it to all my friends. Then finals come along and every one is asking for another. So he does it again and sends it to all his friends. Then while studying in the library his friend Ryan Clark starts laughing. When he ask him what about he says he just airdropped it to a random girl. He didn’t really think much of it until the next morning when he saw a tweet from Shelby Brancato blowing up.
