Little boy and little girl playing with stick putty. At first they make a bubble and then it pops and gets into the little boys hair. The little boy gets mad at his little sister for laughing at him so he throws some of it at his little sister and it gets stuck in her hair. She cries and tries to take it out of her hair and cant stop crying because it's stuck.
