Bernadette's son Ryan was anxious and scared about his loose tooth. He thought it would be funny to try to pull it out by tying a string to his tooth and then tying the end of the string to his door. He was a little afraid and nervous to close the door himself so Bernadette tells him to call his sister over so that she can close the door. No one will tell her why so she doesn't hesitate. The little boy ends up looking outside and into the hallway to see if his sister was coming and accidentally pulls out the tooth himself. He seems surprised and excited at the end.
