Subway station stairs entrance flooded with water blocked by wooden walls, I thought was going to be on time for once...but this was my trusty train entrance today. The construction worker saw how surprised I was and explained that “not the entire subway was flooded”. Turns out it was just a test they run to see how much heavy rain could get through.
