His name is "The Old Man" He is a California Desert Tortoise I found him crossing a neighborhood road in a large city, no where near a desert. I was 17 when I found him and I am 57 now. Not sure how old he was when I found him but I have had him for 40 years. He is very social and loves people. On the day of this video I could hear a banging noise on the side of our house and went to investigate. As I came around the corner I could see The Old Man was ramming himself into the old metal washing machine drum we use as a fire pit. I believe he thought it was a larger tortoise and was actually attacking the so-called enemy. This lasted for hours !! I videoed this clip at my home in Menifee, California in September 2017 I believe.
