Normal morning in East Greenpoint. Took 45 minutes and 3 NYPD officers to get this truck to move. A large long truck is stuck at a turn. There is construction going on so the street the truck was turning onto was not wide enough. A pedestrian attempts to move the orange traffic barriers so the truck can make the turn. It is blocking the intersection and is blocking cars. Overcast, gloomy.
