A guy wearing a black hat, black sleeves only worn on his sleeves, blacks slacks, and a jacket tied on his hips is recording himself dancing ans showing his body, bare chest and stomach and holding a bottle at a park. Then he sits on the grass. Not sure if drunk or just crazy, probably both.
