Im new to the neighborhood. Black dog makes friends with new neighbor dog who peaks its heard under their fence. The dog also brings its own toys to share it and has made a secret passage under the fence to hang out and look at its new friend. Eventually the dog is angle to crawl under the fence and comes to the other side to meet and play with its new friend. They finally got to play and chase each other in the backyard
