On a very windy day in upstate New York at my house, a tree in our backyard fell due to extremely strong winds. The tree was a double pine (a single tree split into two trees at it's base), and since it was a double pine, it essentially fell twice. There was no property damage at all except the wooden dock over the river that we never use anymore. Guy looks at his security camera and sees a tree in his backyard snap in half and fall down.
