Gaige was riding his bike back to his AirBnB in Florida and looked up while he was riding and saw a squirrel that was hanging onto the electric powerline with its front arms. It was swinging in the wind so he thought it was alive hanging on for dear life. Eventually he realized that it may have died and its hands were just stuck.
