455lb attempt on my ghetto home garage squat rack. Not sure why I threw the weight over my head instead of just stepping forward and letting the weight fall back. Guy wearing a black shirt attempts to lift the barbell weight. He squats and falls backwards dropping the weight. @Thick_pick
