This video took place in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2020 on February outside of a bar called Tally Ho. Alvy's friend Rico was being detained after the bar closed so he started recording for their own safety. When they put his friend in the back of the police car, Alvy tried to convince the cop to take him as well so that he could sit with his best friend. The cop thought he was stupid.
