My brother Ali thought he had gotten corona simply because he was coughing. I tried to explain to him that's not how the coronavirus works, it was pretty hard to convince him, until he he took a test that is. He tested negative for COVID-19, but the fact that he believed he had actually gotten coronavirus in that moment was hilarious!
