Scooter is a paraplegic cat. Scooter was born this way. Haley's older sister rescued him off the side of the road and ordered this scooter specifically for paraplegic animals so they can get around easier. This was Scooter's first time trying it and clearly didn't go well. He runs off and falls over immediately. This video was taken in Fort Myers, Florida.
