Seeing Mirror (2021) is an interactive installation powered by a Raspberry Pi Zero WH, Google’s AIY Vision Bonnet, and the Pi Camera Module. An LCD monitor sits behind a one-way pane of glass and displays a bounding box around the viewer’s face. The project demonstrates how our devices “view” us through the use of machine learning and facial recognition. Guy demonstrates how the smart mirror he made works. There is a rectangle on the glass that tracks his face.
