This was a biker which was driving recklessly on an unregistered and uninsured dirt bike. After he hit me his friend pulled up and picked him up AND the bike, and they both escaped from the crime scene and I don't know about the bikers injuries. The matter is in the police's hands and my car resulted in being too expensive to repair from my insurance.
