Someone broke into underground car park of my apartment complex in the middle of the night and turned on the emergency fire hose blasting large amount of water on the glass door preventing anyone to pass by. A man on the other side came to turn it off. They then returned the following day during the daytime and did it again. The fire hose was quickly replaced with a fire extinguisher to prevent it from happening again.
