The video was taken in Fredericksburg VA on January 9th. Emily was on a walk with my boyfriend, Jose, when Pete Snead suddenly ran up to them and she immediately took her phone out to record. They saw his address on his tag and noticed they were right by his house so they tried to lead him over there. He was very friendly and seemed like he didn't want to leave! Her boyfriend decided to pick him up and put him on the porch of his house but once they started to walk away he ran after them. She didn't notice there was a ring camera on their house until after she posted it so it'd be funny to see what it recorded. So he followed them for a little bit longer but once it started to rain he went back towards his house. He runs off the porch and down the sidewalk and keeps wanting to come with them.
