“Albert The Amazing Adventure Dog!” (6lbs.). Passing his first “find the treats” test. Rescued from TLC Shelter in Newell, Iowa at 10 months old. He was not expected to live when he was born. In fact the vet thought he should be euthanized, but the shelters owner, Pauline Larsen, hand fed and nursed him along and he survived! Pauline named him Albert! At 10 months of age Pauline decided he was ready to spread his wings and she picked us to adopt him. He was a hefty 5 lbs. when we got him home, back to Delaware. The shelter set up a Facebook page for Albert so they could keep track of him since everyone had become very attached to him and he was a long way from Iowa.
