Ashley lives in a small town in East Texas where this took place. She was outside with her dog Otis when she noticed a little meow. It turns out this little orange kitten was stuck in a tree so she rescued it. After she rescued it it would not leave them alone. She left it outside on her door mat and it just laid there. Eventually they brought it in and 8 months later it's their cat now.
