Shai's 98 year old grandma has a brown and white owl that visits her every single day. The owl comes and sits on her balcony on the black rail and her and her grandma are convinced that it is her grandma. The owl does not talk to Shai but it would talk to her grandma when she tries to talk to it. They are obsessed with this and think it's so cute. They named the owl Bob after her grandpa. The owl is her grandmas best friend.
