My family runs a coffee roasting business, and we roast our coffee on the verified first coffee roaster in history. It's a German coffee roaster from the early 1900s created by Probat. One day we found on a blog that it was being stored in a barn in Serbia, and we made a deal with the farmers and had it imported over to the US in 2016. Once it arrived, the next part is we entirely refurbished it from the inside out while still keeping the rusty aesthetic on purpose, and we have been roasting our coffee on this thing ever since.
