Around 8:55am June 14, 2022, I noticed a woman riding around on a Citi Bike stopping and checking to see if car doors are unlocked. What made me notice her was she was touching my neighbors car door in a way that was suspicious. She was pulling on the driver side door, and it wouldn’t open. She looked inside the car by putting her hand on her forehead as she took a peek through the untinted window. She proceeded back on her citibike, and that’s what made me think she didn’t know my neighbor. She started to ride her bike down Linden Blvd and as she would pass by a drivers door, she was pull on it to see if it was open. I seen her do it to 4 cars, I recorded a small clip. She seen me recording and started to ride down Linden Blvd. I tried to see where she was going but I couldn’t keep track of her while trying to safely cross the street.
