Alex was in the bathroom and saw that the entire floor was flooded. He was in there with another little boy in red shirt and asks him is that supposed to be happening. One of the toilet stalls broke and all of the water sprayed out into the wall and covered the floors with water. This was the toilet at the Minnesota State Fair.
