The girl was sitting inside the car with a bunch of balloons as her boyfriend/husband recorded as the top came down and opened up. They expected the balloons to fly out of the car since the Eiffel Tower was in the background but they failed to fill the balloons with helium. They drove away leaving some balloons behind.
