A man carrying a flaming barrel of tar walks in the middle of a crowd. An tradition called Tar Barrels in my little Devon town. 50,000 people gather every year and we run at eachother with flaming barrles of tar, with the kids barrel starting at 5pm, all the way to the mens and womans midnight barrel.
