I rarely go for hikes but chose to go with my dog Sage this Sunday morning. I went before the state park opened, just 15 minutes after sunrise. Half way through the hike around the island, I encountered two deer directly ahead of me. After a moment, the two took off and was followed by 2 or 3 more deer I hadn't yet noticed trailing just behind. I got video of that original encounter but used excessive profane language along the lines a "oh ****" and "holy ****". I'm happy to send that clip if it can be edited to remove the profane words, otherwise I've included a clip that has minimal (if any) sensitive language. Was a super cool experience nonetheless I wanted to share.
