A man gets arrested for somehow knocking down a traffic light in downtown NOLA. An officer can be heard questioning: "Whyd you know down my sign man!" the camera then pans over to a mangled traffic light/ street sign with two individuals (presumably the arrested man's companions) looking on as the man gets escorted by the police.
