This video was taken on Saturday the 4th of February 2023 at Milano Arcadian Birmingham. An alcoholic drink made contact with a sparkler right next to a flower display wall which ended up catching on fire. All of the guests in the restaurant instantly started to panic and run out as the flower wall goes up in flames.
