Music. As I was driving I heard an ambulance siren so I slowed down quite a bit. I kept hearing the siren but could not see any ambulance for quite a while until I realized this dude was driving 25-30mph with sirens blasting and full lights on. In the clip you can even see a person go behind the ambulance in hopes it would be faster but quickly realized this ambulance was driving slower than most car traffic.
