My family and I were on a short day-trip in tokyo when we saw a man with a Russian-blue-(we think) cat on his shoulders, riding a unicycle, with a yellow rugby ball, in the busiest ward of Tokyo – Shinjuku!! We saw him in broad daylight, and not many other people seemed to notice or mind him.
