The woman in the dress playing guitar came with the man in red holding the light bounce and the man and woman behind the camera. They were filming what I think is a kids song music video. They asked people to move and hovered until they did. The guitar playing woman wasn’t actually playing guitar and was lip syncing to a song they were playing on a speaker.
