My sister is top heavy, and this guy was just staring at her chest and made her feel uncomfortable so as we walked to the back of the line she asked him if he was ok, he went on a 15min rant that the cop had to come to him, he was on the phone with a female and was busted for being a creep so he tried to take out his military card like if that was going to help him.
