Woman shouting at sleeping owl on water fountain outside their house by shouting at it but it doesn't wake up. This owl has been coming to visit us due to the hot weather in Phoenix. It sits on a fountain in our backyard. Usually we can send it away so we can let our dog out to do her business. Today, not so lucky- the owl is sound asleep and not answering to anyone or anything.
