In this video, I first perform a back bend, which is a full arching of the back where I ultimately land on my hands in a full bridge position. I then transition from the back bend onto my stomach by first holding my ankles behind me. After that, I perform a move known as the stomach jump, a move similar to the worm but using nothing but the chest and abdomen in order to jump off the ground.
