This is Billy. He has Ear Hepatoma, or Cauliflower Ear. In his case it was caused by him a shaking his head too much. He is perfectly fine, though, as Cauliflower Ear is harmless to cats after the ear deflates, and is also fine even though he is a bit chubby. (Also I do not want any pay)
