Crazy chainsaw man on Douglas St in downtown Omaha. Hey man, can you stop with the chainsaw at 2am. Guy films a man walking on the street revving his chainsaw and entered an apartment complex, then the video cuts to 11 police car pulling over in front of the complex, went inside and arrested the man with the chainsaw. It was also reported that the same man was arrested the past year for going door to door with a chainsaw in an attempt to get money from home owners
