I was entering the southern parkway and noticed this Escalated totally covered in Christmas lights. I’m telling you couldn’t miss it even if you wanted to. So I caught up to him and started recording. I couldn’t help myself. It was an amazing site in person and the first time I’ve ever seen anything like this. Very Fitting to “what is New York”.
