I was waiting at the Shinjuku branch of Yodobashi Camera, a Japanese electronics retail chain, as I wanted to try out some full-fledged massage chairs. The staff offered to let me wait for those chairs to be available for testing by me, at these smaller chairs. I was sitting there for around 5 minutes, when one of the chairs gave way. It hurt, but I wasn't seriously injured. I offered to compensate them, but they declined.
