I spotted this grown woman from across the street and yelled "hey" when I saw what she was doing and a guy driving by with his window down in 30 degree weather and said. "Don't go near her" to me while he was driving 20 miles an hour around the corner. She proceeded to hack at that tree for another 5 mins or so.
