I was visiting the coast and pulled into a parking lot to watch elk, when this woman who I am assuming was high based on her behavior after she left, jumped over a fence and tried to feed the elk out of her hand. It was a really dumb decision so I had to film it. I sorta caught the tail end of it unfortunately, but yeah.
