Woman in white shirt crying about black dog that she had previously seen. It reappeared to her while she was driving but the dog was skinny and looked hurt and she was crying trying to attempt to rescue and help the dog. She brought it water and food as it hid on a farm under a truck. Eventually she goes back to her car so it would come out. It started eating her food and she went out to look at it closer. She called animal control and they came and were able to find that it had a chip in it! The dog is now going home.
