I work in EMS for NY, we were driving to a call and noticed this vehicle completely driving in reverse. The guy was looking behind him with his arm on the passenger seat as he reversed. Victoria Metzger, a 29-year-old Emergency Medical Technician for the state of NY, captures a surprising event on the FDR approximately 12-13 days ago. Victoria was in disbelief upon witnessing the incident. After she stopped filming, she had to continue her shift and head to another call.
