A guy jumping the safety rail to stand on the edge of Niagara Falls for his Tik Tok. As wind gusts picked up he started wobbling and almost lost his balance but never stopped his Tik Tok. All for the shot! His young relative stood by in embarrassment while also probably thinking he was about to see his dad plummet to his demise.
