Cooper has a condition thats pretty much like a fainting goat spasm so when he gets scared he will stiffen up. A lot of people were worried but I promise he is ok lol. It is normal for him. Rare, but normal. Dog approaching a cat and wanted to play, and when the cat tries to approach back, the dog stiffens up and falls to the floor like a goat
