After getting my water from outside and opened it, it started freezing only if I moved it around by shaking the bottle. A big drop in temperature had super cooled it over night. Thanks to it being sparkling water and in a glass bottle, I could not shake it heavier or else it would have bubbled over and sprayed all over my desk.
