This man was harassing a black female police officer demanding she arrest citibikers who rode by him. This was unprompted, no bikers rode by him, and he got close to her face and touched her. I, and the gentleman on the phone, got involved when he wouldn’t leave her alone. He then began harassing me and then proceeded to tell me to hang myself. This was on E 57th at 11:40am on 2/27.
