The man being arrested was holding up the Brooklyn bound L train from a confrontation involving another person. He supposedly had a weapon on him which caused a lot of people to run out of the station a few minutes prior to being arrested. People were visually upset as the delay lasted longer than 20 minutes. Guy in subway train doors screaming, laughing, and mocking a man being arrested at the subway station for causing trouble and delaying the train.
