I wanted to make sure that the toilet paper cover plastic wasnt being reused. Submitter at a public restroom making sure that the automatic toilet seat cover was not being reused, and tries to peel a section from the cover and rotates it twice, and the peeled part did not come up and it was indeed a fresh batch
