I pulled into target to go college dorm room shopping, and I looked at my left and see this scary car with a bunch of Halloween decorations and characters sitting in the back. Woman went to target to do some shopping and parked beside a car with really scary Halloween decorations, and when she went down from her car she noticed that the car was on and realized that there were actual people inside wearing those really scary masks
